About the service
With Animation, operated by Shubham Singh, is a catalog for exploring SwiftUI animations, components, and shaders. By accessing or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
Using With Animation
Use the service lawfully and responsibly. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, bypass security measures, scrape the service in a harmful or excessive way, or use the service to infringe another person's rights.
Plans and billing
The Free plan includes interactive previews, editing controls, and source code for designated Free catalog entries. A monthly Pro subscription unlocks generated SwiftUI source for premium entries. Stripe processes payments and provides the customer portal. Subscriptions renew monthly until canceled; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period unless Stripe states otherwise.
Source-code license
Unless separate terms accompany a specific download, you may use and modify source code obtained through your plan in personal and commercial end products. You may not resell, sublicense, redistribute, publish as a standalone library or template, or offer the source as a competing catalog or download service. Ownership of the original source and all other service content remains with With Animation or its licensors.
Intellectual property
The service's branding, interface, catalog content, previews, and sample code are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Except for the future license described above, these Terms do not grant you rights to copy, distribute, or create derivative works from that content without permission.
Disclaimers and liability
With Animation is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
Suspension, changes, and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue all or part of the service, or suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the service, users, or others. We may update these Terms as the product evolves; continued use after the updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
Eligibility
With Animation is not directed to children under 13. By using the service, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
