What this policy covers

This policy explains how With Animation, operated by Shubham Singh, handles information when you use withanimation.app. With Animation is a catalog for exploring SwiftUI animations, components, and shaders.

Information we handle

If you choose to sign in, Google authentication is provided through Supabase. We receive the profile information needed to identify and display your account: your name, email address, and avatar. Supabase also manages the session cookies that keep you signed in and refresh your session when needed.

If you subscribe to Pro, Stripe processes your checkout, payment method, billing details, invoices, and subscription management. With Animation stores Stripe customer and subscription identifiers, plan status, and billing-period dates so it can provide the correct access. We do not receive or store your full card number.

We use Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights to understand aggregate site usage and performance. These services may process information such as pages or routes viewed, referrer, country or region derived from an IP address, browser, device type, operating system, and performance metrics. We do not add custom analytics events that include your name, email address, or other account details.

If you use the theme switcher, your light or dark preference is stored locally in your browser. Editor settings are currently kept only in browser memory for the active visit; With Animation does not persist them to an application database.

How we use information

We use account information to provide sign-in and account features, session data to keep the service secure and working, and aggregate usage and performance data to improve the site. We do not sell personal information or use it for targeted advertising.

Service providers

Google provides the identity you use to sign in, Supabase provides authentication and subscription-state storage, Stripe provides payment and subscription services, and Vercel hosts the site and provides analytics and performance measurement. Their handling of information is governed by their own policies, including the Google Privacy Policy, Supabase Privacy Policy, Stripe Privacy Policy, and Vercel Web Analytics privacy documentation.

Retention and security

We keep information only for as long as it is needed to provide the service, maintain security, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. Authentication, hosting, and analytics information may also be retained under the applicable provider's policies. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can sign out at any time. You can update your Google-provided name, email, or avatar through your Google account. To request access to, correction of, or deletion of information we control, or to ask a privacy question, email hello@withanimation.app. We may need to verify your request and will direct you to a provider when it controls the relevant information.

Children's privacy

With Animation is not directed to children under 13. Do not use the service or provide personal information if you are under 13.
